The organisation announces that the initially scheduled dates for the Montepio Cascais Half Marathon 2026 (7 and 8 February) are not feasible, due to a possible second round of the Presidential Elections, which usually takes place 21 days after the first. For this reason, the event has been brought forward to 31 January (Kids’ Race) and 1 February (21.1 km, 10 km and 5 km).
The Montepio Half Marathon of Cascais, powered by Montepio Associação Mutualista, organised by HMS Sports, in partnership with the Municipality of Cascais and the CCD Cascais, returns to Cascais Bay on 31 January and 1 February 2026, with the Half Marathon (21.1 km), the 10 km, the 5 km and the Children’s Run.
